Rental
The quoting rental is £12.50 per sq. ft. per annum.
Service Charge
A service charge will be levied to cover the following:- Landscaping and maintenance of car park
- External maintenance of the building
- Cleaning and maintenance of internal common parts
- Lift maintenance
- Gas and electricity to internal common parts
- Building Insurance
Please note that each suite will have its own electricity and gas meters.
Business Rates
The accommodation is to be assessed by the valuation office. Each occupier will be responsible for the payment of business rates for the space
they occupy.
Legal Costs
Each party is to bear their own legal costs.
VAT
VAT will be payable.
